Imen Bouhlel

Welcome to my academic page!

I am Imen Bouhlel, a PhD graduate in Economics, and currently the Lab manager of the Behavioral Research Lab at ESSEC.

I completed my PhD in Economics at the GREDEG laboratory at Université Côte d'Azur in 2019 under the supervision of Agnès Festré and Eric Guerci. My research topic was the exploration-exploitation dilemma met during the search process at both the individual and the collective level.

My PhD was followed by a first Postdoc on theoretical modeling of multi-attributes sequential search with Zakaria Babutsidze at the same university.

Then I followed with a second Postdoc  at Université Côte d'Azur, as part of the European Project ABSolEU, with Nathalie Lazaric and Paolo Zeppini, working on modelling the transition towards recycling while observing consumer preferences.

In my research, I use a combination of theoretical modeling, experimental economics, numerical simulations and agent-based modeling.

I have also been previously the Lab manager of the Laboratory of Experimental Economics of Nice (Leen.unice.fr).
